We process the name, phone number, email address, requested dates, number of guests, selected accommodation, and notes needed to manage your reservation and communicate with you.

Processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations. Data is retained only as long as necessary and protected using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

WILDFISHER — Accommodation Terms of Use

A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Your reservation becomes binding only after written confirmation from WILDFISHER and completion of any payment terms stated in that confirmation.

Reservations

Prices, occupancy, stay duration, arrival instructions, and payment terms are stated during booking or in an individually agreed offer. WILDFISHER may offer an alternative date or refund a paid deposit if the accommodation cannot be provided for an objective reason.

Guests and conduct

Guests must respect the property, natural surroundings, quiet hours, fire-safety instructions, and the maximum occupancy stated for the selected accommodation. Damage caused by negligence may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Cancellations

The cancellation and refund conditions shown at the time of confirmation apply to the booking. Mandatory Lithuanian and EU consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
